Hello, need some help with my Fire HD8 that I purchased back in dec/2015. I haven't used it much, and lately I noticed some apps (netflix, etc) fails to upgrade. Since I don't have much on it, I decided to do a factory reset. All went well, but still, I can't install netflix, it says install failed after download.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? From my understanding you cannot update the apps from amazon which are already preinstalled on your Fire HD.
